Updated R&A COVID-19 guidance on the Rules of Golf 

The R&A and USGA have moved to clarify whether a competition being run using temporary measures to help minimise exposing players to COVID-19 is being “played under the Rules of Golf”.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, both governing bodies have issued guidance so that Committees running golf competitions can better understand the options available under the Rules of Golf.

CONGU Update Returning Qualifying scores: 

CONGU has created a document to advise and recommend to clubs appropriate actions when running qualifying competitions and receiving Supplementary Scores. It expands upon the R&A advice on the relaxation of Rule 3.3b and provides clubs with approaches to safeguard the integrity of the CONGU Unified Handicapping System.
