Glamorgan Ladies County Golf Association

The Association was founded in the early 1900’s and now includes up to 50 Golf Clubs within its membership. All female members of golf clubs within the Glamorgan County boundary are encouraged to join the County Association.  In addition to running annual competitions, the GLCGA runs First and Second County Teams and supports a very strong Junior section.

Events are laid on throughout the season for all handicaps as well as those who have participated in “New to Golf” programmes within their clubs.  We actively  encourage all lady golfers to obtain a County Card and to enter our county competitions  –  it’s a fun and relaxed way to play with your friends and to meet ladies from other golf clubs.  A description of our various competitions and the entry criteria are available on this website.  You can enter all our competitions either online or download an entry form.
