Annual & Special General Meetings
An annual general meeting of Wales Golf is held every year in September at a place determined by the Board.
The purpose of the AGM is to receive a report and accounts from the Board, elect a Treasurer and transacting any other business in accordance with Article 10 of the Articles of Association.
Written notice of the AGM will be given by the Board at least 28 days prior to the meeting.
