High Performance Programme
Wales Golf High Performance Programme is intended to promote the Wales Golf vision “Everyone’s Game: for fun, for sport, for life” whilst supporting the High Performance vision of “developing talent to win on the world stage through inspirational environments”.
Our mission is “to create and sustain a world leading high performance system to achieve our vision”, therefore we look to continuously build and enhance our high performance systems and processes while considering the allocation of limited resources in order to provide the right players with the right support at the right time.
