Established in 1973, this mature tree-lined parkland course offers a different challenge from every tee. Unlike many inland courses, at Bryn Meadows no two holes are the same – a testament to the original course designers Brian Mayo and inaugural Golf Professional Craig Defoy.
The emphasis is very much on accuracy and tactical course management rather than brute force. The course at Bryn Meadows lends itself particularly well to mixed groups, as well as providing an interesting challenge to golfers of all abilities and handicaps.

Builth Wells Golf Club was founded in 1923 originally as a nine hole course and remained this way until 1986 when it became 18 holes. The course is set in the quiet, picturesque Mid Wales countryside and you will find the golf course and scenery to be stunning, match this with smooth, true putting surfaces and it is easy to see why the course is highly regarded.
Builth Wells Golf Club is very much a hidden gem, once played never forgotten.

Nearby Caerphilly Mountain provides a wonderful backdrop; golfers enjoy spectacular views from many areas of the course across the Bristol Channel over to the Somerset coast. The Club has active Men’s and Ladies’ Sections, including golf for the over 60’s. Built around a charming 14th century manor and a beautiful 11th century church, The St Pierre, A Marriott Hotel & Country Club, is renowned as one of the UK’s finest golf courses. Following a £1.8 million facelift, every element of the hotel has been restored to perfection and with two contrasting courses – the Old Course and the Mathern Course – it is a wonderful place to stay and play. This links course is a demanding Par 72, SSS 72 of some 6,459 yards and is a true test to every golfer, with tight lies and undulating fairways with numerous natural dunes to contend with
