Applications are now open for clubs to apply to become Wales Golf Junior Club of the Year 2017. Applications can be downloaded below and closing date for entries is Tuesday 12th December. Completed applications must be emailed to theo.baker@walesgolf.org or sent to Theo Baker, Wales Golf, Catash, Newport NP18 1JQ.
