    Wales Golf will invoice you based on this return in OCTOBER.

    DEADLINE FOR FULL PAYMENT IS 30th NOVEMBER 2023 (unless paying by DD).

    THE ABOVE NAMED GOLF CLUB hereby applies for renewal of membership to Wales Golf and I on behalf of the above named club (being duly authorised to do so) hereby agree to be fully bound by all rules and regulations of Wales Golf.*

    An adult playing member is anyone aged 18 or over on 1 January 2023 with the right to play over the club’s designated course(s) regardless of whether they choose to hold a handicap.

    A junior playing member is anyone aged under 18 on 1 January 2023 with the right to play over the club’s designated course(s) regardless of whether they choose to hold a handicap.

    A Flexible membership includes:

    Membership packages which combine a reduced membership subscription with a reduced green fee or pay as you play element.

    Points or credit based membership packages; eg the Playmoregolf platform and other similar systems.

    Yes.

    Only Life honorary members can be excluded from the calculation.

    Anyone who has paid for a lifetime membership needs to be included in the return.

    Yes, if they are a member as at 31 August 2023.

    Yes, if they have playing rights on the course.
